Western will continue to operate independently within Evergreen’s ERP partner portfolio. In its announcement, Evergreen said, “In Western Computer, Evergreen sees the opportunity to build a significant holding in the Microsoft ERP and CRM ecosystem.” Other resellers the purchaser owns include SAP dealer, Third Wave Business Systems, which it bought in October 2021. Through its Tech-Keys operations, Evergreen purchased Berringer Technology Group, a Dynamics BC and 365 VAR, in May 2020. Western Computer was No. 28 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2023 with $40 million in revenue and a staff of 180. It carries the full range of on-premise and cloud Dynamics EPR packages. Sage was previously director of divisional operations for National Veterinary Associates from December 2021 through last month. Before that, Sage was with McMaster-Carr from August 2018 through December 2021 where she was a manager and supervisor. She was with Deloitte for slightly more than five years as a consultant.
