SILVERSUN, RHODIUM DEAL OFF Featured

The merger SilverSun Technologies and bitminer, Rhodium, is off. The end of the deal between the parent of SWK Technologies and Rhodium should surprise few.

It was first agreed to on Sep. 29, 2022 and went through six amendments with the last giving the parties the ability to date other companies and call the deal off it not consummated by September 30 just past. The deal was a reverse merger that would have enabled Rhodium to go public. Rhodium withdrew its plans for a $100-million initial public offering after inking the SilverSun deal. The agreement had also called for a separate company, SilverSun Technologies Holdings, to be spun off, keeping the current SilverSun properties, primarily SWK.
