CERTINIA CHANGES EXECS AGAIN Featured

Certinia, the former FinancialForce has changed four senior execs in its leadership team. The refresh follows CEO DJ Paoni last month taking over the spot held by Scott Brown after he spent almost three years in the job.

The latest rotation ended with the PSA software company hiring its fifth chief revenue officer in five years; its third CFO in two years and its third chief people officer and third COO in the same time. John Tully is the latest chief revenue officer, replacing John Turner who began work in October. Erin Sawyer has taken over as CFO, moving into the spot that Ravi Narula had held from June 2021. Chief people officer Kris Kildahl succeeds Heather Gille, who was hired in October 2021 and moved to Grammarly last month in the same position. The company announced Robert Cesafsky as the new COO but as this publication reported last month, his LinkedIn profile already showed him in the position. There is one other executive of note—Rick Caccia was hired as chief marketing officer in May. However, he is not shown on the Certinia website on its leadership page and his LinkedIn profile show he left Palo Alto Networks in May but does not reflect his starting the job at Certinia. The changes all follow the acquisition of Certinia by private equity firm, Haveli Investments in July.
