EX-ACUMATICA CEO JOINS ACRONIS Featured

Yuri Larichev, Acronis Yuri Larichev, CEO of Acumatica from January 2013 until this month, has become president of a sister company, Acronis. Larichev, who remains on the Acumatica advisory board, joins a company that provides software backup, disaster recovery and secure access software. It looks like talent used in the start up of Acumatica has been deliberately shifted to Acronis. Ezequiel Steiner, CEO, president and chairman of Acumatica, moved to Acronis in June where he is now general for the GroupLogic Business unit and head of business development.

Acronis CEO Serguei Beloussov founded Acumatica and responsible for the development of the software out of another of his companies, Parallels. Acronis spun also spun out of Parallels and became completely independent in 2004. It employs 650 people and has revenue of more than $150 million. According to his LinkedIn page, Beloussov is "currently full-time focused on Acronis" and return to a job he had held before. This sounds like a bit of a rescue operation. Acumatica hired former Microsoft executive Jon Roskill as CEO earlier this month.
