Terms were not disclosed, RedTail offers services and integration for AccountMate, Infor Visual, Sage BusinessVision Accounting and GDSN services, but the official announcement also said the deal will strengthen TrueCommerce's position in the Dynamics and Sage markets. RedTail has been headed by CEO Bob Gleason since 2008. A HighJump fact sheet describes TrueCommerce as a "nearly $70M dollar network business" that represents about half of Minneapolis, Minn.-based HighJump's revenue and said HighJump has been able to grow under Accel-KKR which has had a majority ownership in HighJump since October 2012.

HighJump has expanded its presence in the EDI market with the acquisition of Westborough, Mass.-based RedTail Solutions. RedTail becomes a part of HighJump's TrueCommerce operations with plans to eventually bring the acquired operations under the TrueCommerce name, but with no current change in strategy or focus.
