He was quoted a saying the company expected to close the year with $180 million in annual revenue. That compares to $130 million Tribridge provided early in the year for Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs for 2017, which is a pretty steep increase in revenue. The purchase included the affiliate, Concerto Cloud Services, and it's not clear if the revenue numbers cover expanded operations. I have an inquiry in about whether that is calendar year or a fiscal year total. The other interesting fact that emerged from the Observer article was that DXC valued the company 10-percent higher than had private equity firms.

Tribridge ceased life as an independent company this year. It was uncertain what information would be available under the new owner DXC. However in a recent interview with the Florida publication the Business Observer, Tribridge CEO Tony DiBenedetto disclosed revenue.
