The company disclosed compensation recently with the filing of its Form 10-K for 2018. CEO Charles Philips was given $7.2 million for fiscal 2018 with $5.1 million in stock awards and a $1.2-million bonus related to EBITDA, revenue and bookings. The CEO’s compensation the prior year was $43.3 million, with $35.1 million from the special bonus. Pay for CFO Kevin Samuelson for 2018 was $4.7 million, down from $12.4 million the prior year. Chief operating officer Pam Murphy was awarded slightly less than $3 million for the most recently ended year, compared to $11.6 million for fiscal 2017. The list also included the company’s two president who have left the software company. Duncan Angove, who departed on May 4, was paid $5.1 million for 2018, down from $24.9 million. Stephen Scholl, who resigned on July 11, was given $5.6 million, compared to $25.5 million for 2017.
