The acquired company becomes part of Citrin’s Digital Services practice lead by Eric Casazza, who was CEO of FMT for 12 years. FMT had revenue of $24.3 million as reported in the VAR Stars submission under Citrin’s name so the combined company should shoot up the Top 100 chart this year. Mibar carried Acumatica, Dynamics GP/365, NetSuite. Mibar was led by CEO Bart Nachimow, who founded the organization in 1991.
