She now holds the dual title, chief product and technology officer. She stepped into the CTO role, replacing Mark Rees who held that post from December 2016 until taking the job of CTO with Gentrack in February. Jolly was hired by the cloud accounting software company as chief product officer in April 2023. Before joining Xero, Jolly was chief product officer for Okta from February 2019 through April 2023. Before that, she spent more than seven years at Google where she was VP of product administration.
