DELTEK INTROS NEW CRM

Namita Dhallan, DeltekDeltek has launched Ajera CRM, a new iteration of the product category for small and medium-sized architectural and engineering firms. The software integrates with Deltek Ajera, the accounting and project management application for those firms. Ajera CRM acts as a central repository for corporate information and sales activities. The company says the platform enables easy execution of marketing campaigns and streamlining proposal development.

Deltek pictures the product as standing out from other CRM packages by its ability to manage clients. "By integrating with Ajera's accounting and project management capabilities, users will have a holistic view of their clients so they can increase pipeline, improve success rates and win more business," Namita Dhallan, Deltek's EVP of product strategy and engineering, said in a prepared statement. Deltek acquired the Ajera line with its purchase of Axium in June. The accounting system is Defense Contract Audit Agency compliant, required for contractors that sell to the Department of Defense.
