Pascal Houillon, ClearnoxPascal Houillon, ushered out of his position as CEO of Sage North America, has become active in a French company designed to provide cloud-based digital payments. Houillon has become an investor and chairman of the strategic committee of Clearnox, which is described as providing the services to small and mid-size businesses. "The goal is to confirm the success of the solution in mainland Europe then I will find a Private Equity firm to finance the expansion of the company to the U.S. market," Houillon said in a LinkedIn message regarding his activities.

He began the new role in October. Houillon served as CEO of Sage North America from January 2011 to May 2015 as the impact of Steve Kelly CEO of the parent Sage Group, began to be felt. He had served as a Sage VP from July 1997 until taking the North American gig. Houillon says he has helped Clearnox founder Matthias Eleaume since he began the company in January 2013. Eleaume was VP of business intelligence products and CPM for Sage from January 2006 through December 2012.
