Infor disclosed the preliminary results recently in a document filed with the SEC regarding its repricing of an outstanding €995,000,000 (about $1.2 billion) Euro Tranche B-1 Term Loan. Total revenue is expected to range from $768 million to $778 million while license and subscription revenue are expected to range from $201 million to $206 million. The big growth, of course, is in subscription revenue, expected to range from $129.0 million to $134.0 million, or up 28.1 percent to 33.1 percent over last year's corresponding period.

Infor expects to report revenue growth of 7.5 percent to 8.9 percent for the second quarter ended October 31. The software company says software license fees and subscription revenue will grow by 10.7 percent to 13.4 percent over a year ago.
