“The decision to leave DXC was made easier by knowing that the business is in great hands and that it is quickly becoming recognized as the industry super partner,” Gillis said in a LinkedIn post. Gillis was SVP of Hitachi Consulting from April 2007 through March 2012 and then president and global COO of the Business Solutions Group of Hitachi Solutions America from April 2012 through July 2016. Eclipse was originally owned by the former Australian company, UXC, which was acquired by DCX’s predecessor company, Computer Sciences Corp. in 2016. DXC acquired Tribridge at the end of 2017 and in the last year it was combined into Eclipse, along with other acquisitions, eBecs and Sable37. Tribridge was expected to end 2017 with $180 million. Before it was acquired Eclipse anticipated $125 million in revenue for 2015. So combining all these organizations certainly would put Eclipse at the top of the VAR ranks if DXC broke out results. In its only published 10-K as a new company, DXC reported revenue of $24.6 billion for the year ended March 31 which means the Dynamics business certainly would not be considered material to results and is not mentioned in financial reports to date.
