The announcement by Exact CEO Phil Robinson left me more wondering about the state of the intended purchase of Exact by KKR, which already owns Epicor and MYOB. The intention of KKR to buy the Netherlands-based software company was announced on February 26 without a possible close date being mentioned, but the KKR press release mentioned the need of Exact to begin a discussion with its works council. In either case, since Exact is private we aren’t getting the terms.
