Altec has updated its DocLink Deployment Certification program. The document management software company says the program will provide partners with greater education through hands-on training and shadowing opportunities with Altec’s Implementation team. 

Channel members are officially certified after they complete two customer implementations with Altec personnel. That will be validated following a written exam, skills demonstration and training assessment. Certified partners will be able to utilize the software for no charge for internal document management solution. “This program is intended to provide a high-level of support for our partners by providing them with the content, tools and training they need to, in turn, better support their customer’s digital transformations,” Jessica Quintanilla, Altec’s director of professional services, said in a prepared comment.
