Velosio has acquired Synergy Business Solutions, which has offices in Portland, Ore., and Seattle, Wash. Both are Dynamics resellers. Velosio this week said there will be more M&A.

“This is just the first of such acquisitions we envision with partners we have become familiar with and have great respect for,” CEO Jeff Geisler said in announcing the deal. The last available figures for Synergy were $5.1 million in revenue and 24 employees as part of the submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2018. Velosio was No. 6 on the list for 2019 with $83 million in revenue and 300 employees. Besides offering the full range of Dynamics packages, Velosio, which also carries NetSuite and Syspro, was formed in December 2017 with the merger of Socius and the SBS Group. Synergy was headed by president, Donna Hurst, who has become Dynamics SL practice director for Velosio.
