UXC ECLIPSE BUYS TECTURA

UXC Eclipse, which moved into the United States with the purchase of the former Cole Systems, has acquired Tectura, the country's largest midmarket reseller. The amount of the sale was undisclosed. The deal leaves Tectura EMEA and Tectura Asia still operating and apparently fairly sizable. No one should be surprised by the deal for Tectura's North American operations as it had stagnated over the last few years.
