Microsoft has presented a series of regional SMB awards.  I have found these via Google from press releases put out by the winners. They included regional partners of the year and rising stars for each region, given by Microsoft's U.S. Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB) Group and according to winner press releases were presented in six categories.
