Paul Frdyman, COO of Livingston, N.J.-based reseller SWK Technologies, has taken the same position with rival Net@Work of New York City. Frdyman is the second high-level departure at SWK this year. CEO Jeff Roth resigned unexpectedly in February and his position was filled by Mark Meller, CEO of SWK's parent, SilverSun Technologies.
