EPICOR CUTS LOSS, REORGANIZES

Craig McCollum, Epicor Software The top line at Epicor Software went sideways as the company's ERP business remains sluggish. At the same time, the company had a significant organization. On the money side, the company cut its loss to $3.5 million for the second quarter ended March 31, down from a loss $4.7 million a year earlier. But revenue of $241.8 million was virtually unchanged from $242.8 million in last year's corresponding period. ERP revenue fell to $145.7 million in the most recently ended period, a decrease of 2.8 percent from just under $150 million.
