Epicor Software has obtained a nationwide injunction against Alternative Technology Solutions, which it had accused of copyright and trademark infringement, among other issues. Irvine, Calif.-based Epicor will seek substantial damages, according to its general counsel John Ireland. ATS was also accused of unlawful and fraudulent business practices, intentional interference with Epicor Software License agreements, and unjust enrichment.
