Here are some appropriate headlines: "QlikView Helps Pave the Way to Omni-Channel Retail Approach"; "Leading Retailers Turn to NetSuite Cloud for Seamless Omnichannel Commerce" and "Microsoft all in for retail; extends leadership in end-to-end customer interactions and omni-channel operations".
