During his company's earnings Webcast this month, NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson went after the market status of SAP's Business By Design (as he often does).  I held off the publishing these comments until I could get an SAP response. In answer to an analyst's question, Nelson commented, "It's being seen a lot in SAP shops and divisions of SAP shops. ... I don't really believe it's in production. ...
