In two sentences in an SEC document, Deltek, which markets project accounting software, announced yesterday the departure of two of its top executives. It said that on April 1, Richard Lowrey would cease to serve as EVP of Deltek Engineering, and Carolyn Parent would no longer be EVP and general manager of its GovCon operations. That changes a reorganization that had produced the new positions barely a year ago.
