Private equity firm GTCR has agreed to buy Sage Payment Solutions for $260 million, a business that generates $150 million in annual revenue in North America. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter. Based in the United Kingdom, GTCR says it has committed up to $350 million of equity capital to the SPS platform.
