Ross Systems, a subsidiary of CDC Software, has agreed to pay $9 million to settle litigation brought by Sunshine Mills, one of the company’s customers in a prolonged and nasty court fight involving the parties. Late in 2010, one blogger called the legal confrontation "a sorry mess".
