Sage has reached an agreement to sell its operations in Poland to Mid Europa Partners. The move is part of a previously announced decision to exit several smaller markets.

Marjorie Adams, owner Fourlane, based in Austin, Texas, has been named Intuit’s Partner of the Year. The award was one of a number made as Intuit announced recently for its QuickBooks Solutions Providers.

Sovos, which market indirect tax software applications, has acquired LTtax. Terms were not disclosed.
