IFS, the sister to Acumatica, this week reported revenue of $360 million for the first half ended June 30. That was a 16-percent year-over-year increase, 15 percent in constant currency for the Sweden-based company.

Vertex, which had previously filed forms for an initial public offering, is selling 21,150,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The company expect an offering price from $14 to $16 per share.

Avalara has introduced a system to handle taxation of goods delivered to other countries. Avalara’s cross-border offering is comprised by Avalara AvaTax Cross-Border and Avalara Item Classification.
