Sage has named Nancy Sperry as VP of partner sales effective April 29. This hiring comes during a period where there has been a lot of change at Sage, especially in the channel area.

Blackbaud has received a buyout proposal from Clearlake Capital Group to acquire all its shares.

Avalara has named its CFO, Ross Tennenbaum, to the position of  president. He fills a job left vacant in March 2023 when Amit Mathadras left to become CEO of Nintex, after nearly four years in the Avalara job.
