AI, CHATGPT INTROS BOOM Featured

The number of companies touting their move to AI is booming. Among those is Zoho which this month launched ChatGPT for Zoho.

Big Four accounting firm KMPG is partnering with Microsoft to co-develop products while embedding Azure OpenAI in most of KPMG's US business. Microsoft itself launched ChatGPT for Dynamics applications in March while the same month Salesforce debuted a ChatGPT app for Slack. In the tax and accounting arena, Canopy, integrated ChatGPT in its practice management software Microsoft. So, it appears the floodgates have opened and the chatbot is THE hot technology for 2023. Zoho says ChatGPT enables customers to use generative AI across its applications, including Desk, Social, Writer, Mail, Assist, SalesIQ, and Landing Pages so that users can create content through the conversational AI model. Zoho has also broadened its AI technology to speech creation, translation, and speech-to-text features. It also broadens the capabilities of Zoho’s Zia, AI engine, to provide many analytic capabilities. KPMG’s announcement noted KMPG Tax used Azure OpenAI Service to analyze clients' ESG data, establishing fact patterns. Microsoft used the ChatGPT technology to launch Co-pilots for applications, starting with Dynamics. Among the capabilities touted by Microsoft was making it easier for users to build websites, product pages, campaigns, sales messages, and customer service interactions.
