MICROSOFT SALES COPILOT DEBUTS Featured

Microsoft Sales Copilot, a role-based copilot, has been introduced this month. The company said the software is designed to be a seller companion, capablef of being accessed from Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Dynamics 365 Sales, and connects to CRM systems such as Salesforce.

The software can auto-generate communications such as email messages or meeting summaries and can additionally generate AI-assisted content and recommendations, such as contextual emails based on Outlook and CRM data. . New capabilities included auto-generated opportunity summaries including status, progress, and highlights of key changes, inside Dynamics 365 Sales. Sales Copilot is available as a standalone subscription and part of existing Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Premium licenses at no additional cost. New copilot capabilities for marketers have also been introduced in new Dynamics 365 Customer Insights subscriptions. These can, by using natural language, style email, forms and events registration page to match brand guidelines. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is expected to be available on Sep. 1, 2023.
