The system shows key metrics such as top sources, pipeline rollups, time-to-fill reports, and offer acceptance rates and provides off-the-shelf reports. Data in the tracking system can be combined with data in the HRIS. Elements included Rippling Headcount Planning & Compensation Bands that shows the number of authorized hires and approved pay level.
