Customers can sign via finger or optional stylus and the receipt is emailed to the customer. There is also a new version of Epicor Eagle, which serves a variety of small to medium-sized businesses. Eagle is a financial package for businesses such as hardware and home centers, lumber and building materials, lawn and garden, sporting goods, automotive aftermarket, farm-home, and pharmacy. To be available during this quarter are Eagle Loyalty, for attracting retaining and managing customers, and Eagle Tablet POS. The latter introduces Signature Capture, used when a customer signature is required when a specified item is added at POS. There are also Special Order Alerts which warn staff when an item has not been received.
