ETAPESTRY GETS ANALYTICS

Mike Gianoni, BlackbaudBlackbaud has integrated analytics in its eTapestry CRM product. The company says this is the first time it has integrated data services from its Target Analytics division into another Blackbaud product. The announcement is in line with statements this year during earnings webcasts by CEO Mike Gianoni that both analytics and payments services will become standard in most of the products from the Charleston, S.C.-based nonprofit software vendor.

Services going into eTapstry include the Data Health Scorecard and AddressFinder, initially focusing on making it easier and more cost effective for non-profits to improve the quality of donor information. The scorecard provides automatic screening every quarter by delivering an A, B or C rating based on the quality of records in an organization’s data base and bases the score on the amount of money that is being lost due to data problems and provides recommendations to improve database quality. AddressFinder connects to the Scorecard and automatically updates address information for individuals families or businesses that have moved within the last 48 months.
