GRAVITY ADDS MULTI-ENTITY

John Silvani, Gravity Software Gravity Software has added multi-entity capabilities in its cloud-based Gravity 3.0 release. The Southfield, Mich.-based company, whose software is written on the Microsoft CRM platform, says with the new version organizations can set up multiple entities in one database at no additional cost.

According to Gravity, expenses can be entered on one screen and shared with unlimited companies and each entity can have its own or consolidated reports. With shared master files, vendors, customers and charts of accounts can be share among some or all entities. The software, which has a real-time architecture, distributes line items to multiple entities and automatically manages 'Due To' and 'Due From' accounts. Gravity is headed by former reseller, CEO John Silvani.
