 Oracle has expanded the use of NetSuite Text Enhance, first introduced at SuiteWorld 2023, to more text fields across the software suite.

The company says the capability is designed to create and refine contextual and personalized content. Oracle says with the use of the OCI Generative AI Service, no customer data is shared with large language model (LLM) providers or seen by other customers with the individual customer “the only entity allowed to use custom models trained on its data.” Role-based security is embedded directly into NetSuite workflows, which only recommends content that end users are entitled to view. In addition, the company introduced the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Multi-Instance Connector which consolidates data from multiple NetSuite instances into a single NetSuite Analytics Warehouse environment. The connector is built on the built on the Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, Also new is the NetSuite Connector for Oracle MICROS Simphony which helps restaurants and hotels connect point-of-sale transactions and financials.
