Framework is part of what Epicor described as a three-pronged common cross-platform user experience. The other elements are Kinetic design and Kinetic applications with the Framework designed to improve customer experience with applications. The Framework changes include an enhanced Home Page by which customers can create personal layout. They can switch to other publish layouts for navigate via tabs for additional views. To adapt to the changes, customers can take courses from Epicor University, which is also offering cloud hosting option for ERP application help. Video help will also be available in the new release for functions such as AP invoice entry, job entry, job tracker, purchase order entry, and customer maintenance.
