Velosio has introduced Connected Intelligence, which it describes as an Artificial Intelligence product that enhances Dynamics 365 for Sales (formerly Dynamics CRM). The application utilizes technology for Komiko, which makes AI packages for Salesforce. 

“Connected Intelligence captures all customer-facing interactions and any associated documents directly from email and calendar systems like Microsoft Office 365 and applies natural language processing, data science, and machine learning techniques to analyze and characterize the level of engagement with leads, accounts, and opportunities in Dynamics 365,” Velosio’s chief solution strategist, Robbie Morrison, said in a prepared statement. CI pulls data intelligence from emails, events, and documents across the organization. Algorithmic-based analytics are delivered through “role-based dashboards and process-driven, in-context insights.” Azure-based CI works with email platforms, including Office 365, Exchange and Gmail.
