Randy Ray, InforUnless there is a deal I have not heard about, Infor has been raiding Oracle Retail for the last several months. It's hardly the first time Infor has hired experienced Oracle staff. When Infor CEO Charles Phillips came from Oracle in 2010, he brought a team of senior execs with him and the COO, CFO, CMO and one of two presidents Infor presidents are from Larry Ellison's company. There were also several retail hires from Target.

Here are some hires by month with Infor title followed by the former Oracle title: May—Randy Ray, VP; VP. June—Richard Stockton, senior director, product architecture; senior director, application technology presales. David Sahota, retail solution architect director; retail solution architecture. July—Perry Hardt, VP, global marketing and demand generation; VP, North America marketing. September—John Pierleoni, SVP, sales; ERP area sales VP. Andy Eisner, retail solution architect; senior director, retail solution architecture. Ron Clayton, senior account executive; account executive. Richard Berger, VP, sales; regional VP, sales. Jason Simcox, senior director, retail sales; regional application sales manager. November—Mike Castanon, senior director, retail delivery executive; senior director, Oracle Retail Consulting. January—Jennifer Loverude, VP, fashion; account executive. Vincent Barnes, VP, solution architecture; industry principal, retail strategy, IT architecture and omni-channel. David Dorf, VP, product strategy; senior director, solution management. February—Matt Jones, director, retail strategy; director, solution management. Erick Rowe, VP, industry strategy retail; senior director, stores and commerce.
