Waters is also CEO of InfoTrac Solutions, which markets CRM software customer relationship management, business process automation and sales force automation. One of its best-known ISV relationships is with AccountMate. "I am keeping InfoTrac and making it my focus going forward," Waters says. He exited the IT service business "for a number of reasons—the main thing being my prediction of the future technologically in this area." Another company he heads is Proprietary Innovation Labs, the creator of Phantom Glass, a screen protector for smart phones, tablets, computers and cameras.

APOGEE BUYS DSM COMPUTING Featured
Managed services provider DSM Computing Services, based in Toronto, Ontario, has been acquired Apogee IT Services, another MSP headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. Terms were not disclosed. DSM was founded in January 1998 by CEO Sheldon Waters.
