InterDyn Remington was taken over by BMI in February 2014. In February 2015, Minneapolis, Minn.-based BMI was purchased by Denmark-based Columbus, and was integrated into the parent in February this year with BMI founder, John Hendrickson, taking the position of SVP of business transformation with Columbus. These kinds of things do tend to set people in acquired companies in motion.

Tad Remington, most recently VP of InterDyn BMI, is taking the job of chief commercial officer for Solver, this month. The change will end more than 26 years with the reselling operation that originated as Remington Consulting in November 1990.
