Also joining the group is Cristina Greysman as VP for partner recruitment and activation. Friedrichsen moved over from Concur where he had worked since 2008. He was SVP of SMB and national sales there since October 2015. SAP purchased Concur in 2014. Monday also worked for Concur and joined that unit in November 2015 as VP of global business development. Greysman was most recently senior director of partner experience for Sungard Availability Services from June 2011 until joining SAP in April.

SAP has installed new leadership for its North American SMB segment and channel operations. The Newtown Square, Pa.-based SAP unit said Eric Friedrichsen has taken over as head of the SMB and channel segment and Marc Monday as leader of the channel ecosystem on this continent.
