STONERIDGE ACQUIRES DFC Featured

Carol Rogne, DFC ConsultantsStoneridge Software has acquired DFC Consultants—both firms are Dynamics resellers. Terms were not disclosed. Based in Fargo, N.D., DFC employed 18 and had $3.5 million in revenue according to its submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2017.

Stoneridge of St. Louis Park, Minn., reported revenue of $11.4 and a staff of 63 in its submission.  DFC CEO Carol Rogne will stay with the firm although she is looking to retire at some point, a Stoneridge spokesperson said. Stoneridge handles Dynamics AX/NAV/365 and CRM. DFC markets Dynamics GP and 365, along with its own DFC Property Management and Key2Act field service application.
