QLIK ADDS CHIEF CUSTOMER ROLE Featured

Roberto Sigona, QlikQlik created the role of chief customer officer as part of its executive team. The Radnor, Pa.-based analytical software company hired Roberto Sigona to fill the position, which reports to the CEO.

He has responsibility for the areas of education services, customer service, global support, consulting services and customer success management. Sigona had a 15-year career at Autodesk, which he joined in February 2003. He was most recently VP of customer success services from May 2016 until taking the new job this month.
