NEW QB SUPPORT PROGRAM STARTED Featured

Ariege Mishergi, Intuit Intuit has established a support program for “our most valued customers” called the QuickBooks Priority Circle for its higher-end products. Priority Circle support is available only to users of QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions.

Under this program, participant calls are given priority routing to what Intuit terms its “top support agents”. The small businesses in the Priority Circle are assigned dedicated Customer Success Managers, who act as a single point of contact and escalates and helps resolve open support issues. The CSM also provides businesses with Real World Training codes; helps with billing and payment issues. This summer, Intuit introduced Advanced in a limited test. The online application is priced at $150 per month. Posts by Ariege Mishergi, leader of Intuit’s accountant segment, describe Advanced as supporting 25 users, while a product page describes the number as 10 or more. “We’re currently exploring options beyond 25 by working with customers who have more users,” Mishergi wrote. The post also differentiated between Advanced and QBES. The desktop product, Mishergi continued, is geared towards manufacturing and wholesale businesses, while Advanced “is geared towards larger small businesses who want access to QuickBooks Online’s larger app ecosystem."
