SugarCRM has introduced a group of customer experience applications. The company this week described the portfolio as combining data unification, augmentation and AI-based analysis to provide customer insights.

In a prepared statement, CEO Craig Charlton his ompany intends to help customers “by anticipating and fulfilling needs before customers realize they have them.” The new elements are Sugar Market, a marketing automation product; Sugar Sell for sales automation; and Sugar Service, a customer engagement center application. Applications are built on Sugars new Intelligent Customer Experience platform, which it said unifies disparate data “into a single ‘time aware’ customer data model”, along with No-Touch Information Management,.
