Unanet has acquired Clearview Software, which provides project-based ERP software for architects and engineers. Terms were not disclosed.

Clearview will operate from its Lynchburg, Va., office as a division of Unanet. The unit will continue to be run by Matt Pantana, who has been CEO since June 2017 and was chief technology officer before that from June 2006 when he joined Clearview. Clearview develops the InFocus system, which provides time and expense entry, billing, project management, business analytics, and full project-based accounting.nFocus is available both on premise and in the cloud. The software offers two views of data—analytical dashboards and classic dashboards for visualing and manipulating data and it features ReportBuilder, which does not require use of SQL. .
