Unit4 this week reported $412.8 million in revenue for 2019, an increase of 5 percent from the prior year. It was the first time the company had reported any revenue figures.

Growth was driven by cloud subscription which. reached $92.2 million last year, up 25 percent from the prior year.  The strongest growth was in the Professional Services vertical market globally, with what it called “significant growth in North America and Nordics markets.” Unit4 reported percentage change in bookings for the third-quarter in November with no revenue figures provided. But there appear to be no other press releases about results in the last three years and this apparently new behavior follows the arrival of Mike Etting as the new CEO in April. Unit4 said growth accelerate in the fourth quarter subscription revenue of $25.7 million, up 27 percent. The company did not provide any bottom line or operating income figures.
