Robinson, who took the job in September 2017, will continue as a non-executive director. Under Robinson, the company was sold to KKR in 2019. The company said revenue, which it did not disclose, have increased by 100 percent under Robinson. Exact said it is on track to reach its medium-term objective of becoming a 500 million euro business (about $582 million). Ramakers was with Exact in sales support from November 1995 through December 1996. He was been with the company since rejoining it in January 2003 as deputy director. He became COO in January 2018. Exact was purchased by Apax Partners. Its last reported year showed revenue of 188.1 euros, about $210 million at exchange rates in effect in February 2015 when the report was made.
