FINANCIALFORCE TO CHANGE CEOS Featured

Tod Nielsen will retire as CEO of FinancialForce in January after four years on the job, the company said this week. He has been succeeded by Scott Brown, whose LinkedIn profile shows he took over this month.

Nielsen is helping with the transition. The company framed the change against what it said was a year during which  “FinancialForce has expanded internationally and launched major product updates that are driving user adoption, productivity, and business agility for customers.” Nielsen also presided over a changing cast of executives, including three different revenue officers in the last two years with the combined tenure of two of those less than a year. Brown was previously chief revenue office for Terradata from June 2019. Prior to that, he spent 22. Years with Cisco where he started in 1992.  Brown spent the last two years at Cisco from 2016 through 2918 as SVP of global virtual sales and customer success.
